Our first highlight is the famous Navy shipwrecks “Laguna de Pátzcuaro” and “Laguna de Mandinga.” These vessels were intentionally sunk in 2006 and now rest 18 meters below the surface, serving as artificial reefs. Through the transparent floor of the boat, you’ll see how marine life has transformed these ships into living ecosystems.
As we continue, we pass through the “Lego Reef Zone,” large concrete blocks that once formed part of an old cruise pier. Today, they provide habitat for tropical fish, rays, lobsters and colorful coral formations.

Near the famous Lego reef zone, “La Pared” is home to parrotfish, sergeant majors, surgeonfish, lobsters and, during certain seasons, graceful eagle rays passing through the Caribbean waters.

Snorkeling is completely optional. If you prefer to remain onboard, you can continue enjoying the reef views through the fully transparent boat floor without missing the beauty below.
